1. Information We Collect We collect personal data when you enroll in a course, subscribe to our newsletter, or download our clinical ebook: name and email address, payment information (processed by Teachable/Stripe — we do not store card data), professional background when voluntarily provided, and course activity data. We may also collect non-personal analytics data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

2. How We Use Your Information To provide access to purchased courses and materials; to issue certificates of attestation upon completion; to send order confirmations and course updates; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to send newsletters and clinical updates (with consent — unsubscribe anytime); to comply with legal and fiscal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR) Contract performance (to deliver courses); legitimate interest (to improve services); consent (for marketing); legal obligation (Italian tax and accounting law).

4. Your Rights

5. Data Sharing We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with: Teachable Inc. (course platform), Stripe Inc. (payments, PCI-DSS Level 1), Google LLC (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), ActiveCampaign (email marketing, with consent only), and legal authorities when required by law. International transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention Course data: duration of access + 10 years (Italian fiscal law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 26 months (Google) / 13 months (Clarity).

8. Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1), encrypted with SSL/TLS.

Our courses are intended for licensed clinical professionals only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. Contact info@cbpt.org to request immediate deletion if applicable.

10. Changes We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
